Astra Acquisition Corp: Company Restructured And Renamed In IQ 2026

A SaaS company that has been troubled for years was restructured in March 2026 in a debt-for-equity swap that wiped out all its debt. Also wiped out has been about $100mn of BDC capital, with two public BDCs bearing much of the loss.
