Mercury Acquisition 2021: Second Lien Loan Placed On Non-Accrual

A small second lien debt by a public BDC to a telecom company which provides "virtual town hall" services has been placed on non-accrual. However, our research suggests the credit problems involved might be material for the company's sponsor and lender.
